The term boards is used to refer to wooden edging, generally in unplaned solid wood with rectangular or square section in small sizes.
Segna Legnami produces fresh or dried boards and boards bound in small bundles with sections of 2.5x5 cm, 3x5 cm, 4x5 cm, 5x5 cm, 4x6 cm and 5x6 cm and planks or half joists in the sections 4x8 cm, 6x8 cm and 5x10 cm.
Boards are generally used as shims and/or a support for other carpentry elements such as, for example, sheets of sheaths, wood fibre panels, tiles, etc.

Fir wood joists are sawn in a square or rectangular section; the most common measurements and in any case which are always available in our warehouse are 8x8 cm, 8x10 cm and 10x10 cm, rough or planed, fresh or dried, in fir, larch, oak or chestnut. 

Segna Legnami produces different types of fir planks which are extensively used in construction, both fresh and dried:
- submeasure planks: 25 mm thick, 8/16 and 16+ cm wide and 3.00, 4.00 and 5.00 linear metres long;
- prismatic planks: 25 mm thick, 10, 12, 15, 18 and 20cm wide and 4.00 linear metres long;
- bridge planks: 50 mm thick, 25 cm wide, 4.00 linear metres long;
- carpentry planks: 30, 40 and 50 mm thick, 16+ cm wide, 4.00 linear metres long.

Beading is traditionally produced in Norway spruce but, to match the beams, Segna Legnami also produces it in the other main varieties: larch and oak.
- Beading 21 mm thick, 12, 15, 18 and 20 cm wide, with or without bevel, with male/female connection or rabbet joint.
- Beading 25/32 mm thick, 12 and 30 cm wide, with or without bevel, with male/female connection or rabbet joint.
Beading is mainly used in ceilings, mezzanine floors and roofing.

Pellets are manufactured starting from the residual virgin shavings from the working of wood (always fir), suitably dried and compressed at high pressure in order to obtain small cylinders. Thanks to the binding capacity of lignin, a natural substance contained in wood, there is no need to use any additives, hence a natural, ecological, high yield fuel is obtained.
Class A: Top quality low smoke and ash emission. Reference regulations: DIN 51731 Plus and ONORM M 7135.

Reinforcement panels are suitable for all types of casting, both walls and floors. They come from carefully dried wood with water-resistant melamine glue. The surface is reclaimed with yellow resin.
They are mainly available in standard widths of 50 cm and lengths from one to three metres.
